As a Web Development & Site Experience Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless creation and management of websites for our clients. Your responsibilities span various aspects of website development and client interaction, focusing on both technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Websites: Utilize your creative skills to design visually appealing and user-friendly websites tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Manage Website Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of website projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Build Websites: Leverage your technical proficiency to translate design concepts into fully functional websites using cutting-edge web development technologies and frameworks.
- Interface with Clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating project progress, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance to ensure client satisfaction throughout the development process.
- Support for Websites: Offer ongoing support for existing websites, troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and ensuring optimal performance to meet client expectations.
